Driving digital content strategy since September 2021, I serve as the primary liaison with our digital agency for media campaigns and website management. I also maintain key vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Pulsate, Hootsuite, and Time Trade. I develop and manage reporting dashboards to track campaign, website, and social media performance, presenting key insights to teams throughout the campaign lifecycle. I also lead email marketing initiatives within Documatix, overseeing list segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
I am currently leading a homepage redesign initiative to enhance user experience (UX) and improve website navigation and functionality. I also manage ongoing website maintenance to ensure optimal performance, content accuracy, and a seamless user experience. To enhance targeting, I leverage cross-departmental data to create detailed member personas for improved audience segmentation and engagement. This strategic content and design work ensures we streamline the user process and provide the best experience for our current and new members.
