January 2020 - September 2021
Global Teletherapy
I was hired at Global Teletherapy in January of 2020. I was originally brought on as the Marketing Engagement Specialist. After a little over a year, I was promoted to Social Media and Engagement Lead. Some of the responsibilities I manage in my position are as listed:
Social media platforms. I was the sole person in charge of all social media for Global Teletherapy. I created and monitored all the content that is posted.
Analytics. I ran reports biweekly on how our website, social media, and recruitment was doing. I worked with Google Analytics, our website SEO, and more to pull in all of the data we need.
Logistics. We went to many trade shows throughout the year, and I managed all of the logistics to get our material and staff to each conference. I handled the shipping, planning, and execution of all events.
Live videos. I produced all of our biweekly live videos that aired on Facebook and LinkedIn. I booked guests, worked on the back-end of the shows, and edited the videos.
Video editing. Including the live videos mentioned above, I created and edited other videos for Global Teletherapy's marketing materials. I helped produce a recruiting video and edited and created our yearly review video.
Emails. I worked on Customer Journeys with our recruitment team where I created the emails that we sent to potential therapists, and I monitored the analytics that came from those campaigns.
Websites. I handled updates to the website. I created a new website to house our video tips from therapists during the pandemic. I also created new webpages monthly for our newsletter.
Newsletter. I created a monthly newsletter updating our audience on changes at Global Teletherapy. This newsletter went to internal staff, contracted therapists, board members, and more.
Graphic design. I was the creator of all graphic content that Global Teletherapy used, including social media posts, article, and e-books.
